Adaptive reuse of a state-heritage listed electricity substation, built 1928, into a unique early learning centre on Sydney’s northern beaches. The project involved the reuse of the brick substation and a large extension incorporating multiple classrooms and a basement car park.

Alterations and additions to a classic Paddington Terrace in the inner Sydney suburb. The project involved demolition of the rear ground story, inserting a new steel portal frame to support the existing upper story, new open plan kitchen and living areas connected to a rear terrace and roof garden.

New family house on a narrow block in the inner Sydney suburb of Lilyfield. The house was conceived as a series of sequential rooms (enfilade) to reudce the wasted space of corridors, particularly on the ground floor.
