Our Services

Phase 01

00 FEASIBILITY + PROJECT BRIEFING
01 CONCEPT DESIGN + IDEATION
02 DEVELOPED DESIGN
03 APPROVALS

The first stage of the project explores and develops ideas and options for solving your problems. We work in a multimedia design process including models, 3d visualisations, digital models and traditional drawing and sketching techniques. Working with other specialist consultant disciplines, we prepare;

  • Feasibility analyses and project opportunity documents for new projects;
  • Concept design options to explore the opportunities within each new circumstance;
  • Detailed design drawings and graphics to communicate projects to stakeholders;
  • Development or planning application drawings for councils or other statutory bodies.

Phase 02

04 DETAILED DESIGN DOCUMENTATION
05 TENDERING + CONTRACT AWARD

Our documentation and tendering services are broken down into packages intended to reflect the varied procurement methods in the industry. Our scope in preparing construction documentation and associated information is developed to the requirements of each individual project;

  • Construction certificate documentation (CC)
  • Design intent tender documentation (D+C)
  • Issue for Construction (full architectural documentation)
  • Interior design documentation

Phase 03

06 CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
07 POST-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
08 POST-OCCUPANCY EVALUATION

Supercontext offer contract administration and post-construction defects management services typically in lump-sum contract forms. We administer the terms of the construction contract, including certification, site inspections, variations and extension-of-time requests throughout the construction period. In addition, we manage the rectification of defects during the post-construction ‘defects and liability’ period on behalf of our clients.

As part of our quality management system, we are committed to post-occupancy evaluation of our projects to continually improve our contribution to the built environment.

We are an architectural practice, maintaining professional standards, a code of ethics and continued education requirements in accordance with the NSW Architects Act.  Architects are skilled and experienced professionals.
